The thorough exam takes about 40 minutes. Then Mingrone talks about what he just did, what can be fixed and recommendations he has for the patient. In the last year, Dr. Mingrone moved his practice from a 1,000 square-foot basement office to a first-floor office flooded with light (and twice the size!). He's now got the space for a new showroom full of eyeglasses.
