Doggedly winning this spicy trophy once again, Bulldog Burrito co-founder Jason Congdon chalks up the victory to a secure staff - he, Alfredo, Alberto and Caesar have been manning the place for its five-year existence, and feel "like family." They also know how to accommodate the melted-cheese "melting pot of Yale, office people" and night owls experiencing the Mexican munchies. The staff may be familiar, but the menu sometimes changes, most recently with some new salsa recipes (including salsa verde) and a barbecue pork filling. Boola Boola Burrito!
