Robert McNeil is obsessive about his fish. The fish market owner goes to the New York Fulton Fish market twice a week to hand pick fish that come from all over the world, and he's been doing it for 29 years. "When something is in season, we have it first," he says.

Customers are constantly asking McNeil and his wife, Tura McNeil, how to prepare their fish. The couple gives suggestions and recipes to anyone who asks. Now, you might not have to go to the trouble of cooking for yourself because Tura will soon start selling prepared seafood dishes like ceviches. Tura, who's from the coast of Ecuador, will be making Spanish-inspired dishes, like codfish croquettes and crab meat casserole. "It's been a lifelong dream to expand and go into cooked and prepared foods to make life easier for our customers," Robert says.
